Buckinghamshire-based SEND Inclusion Support seeks an experienced Interim Headteacher to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a SEMH school.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEMH education, proven leadership and management skills, and the ability to inspire and support staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the school's operations
  • Inspiring and supporting staff to deliver high-quality teaching and care
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to maintain and enhance the school's vision

We offer a competitive and negotiable salary (£65,000 - £85,000 per annum), based on experience, as well as access to training and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive work environment.
