Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Operations Function. The successful candidate will oversee operational performance, including cost, business outcomes, and operational & AFC risk. They will ensure consistent translation, application, and fulfillment of policies, as well as work with other members of the Group Retail Management and respective stakeholders to create an appropriate vision and long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver strategies for AML Operations effectively and efficiently.
  • Establish and lead an effective, high-performing team through communication, performance management, and development planning.
  • Manage the GR-AML Operations team, defining individual roles, responsibilities, and goals.

Requirements

We are looking for a strong leader with at least 10-15 years of experience in driving operational excellence and managing banking operations. The ideal candidate should have domain knowledge in AML and Sanctions, as well as knowledge of the latest financial crime investigation processes and methods.

Estimated Salary: SGD $180,000 - $250,000 per annum
