About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for visiting restaurants, demonstrating our innovative all-in-one online ordering, website, and reservation system, and getting them onboard.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in door-to-door sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will also be responsible for some after-sales support to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Execution: Proactively visit restaurants and takeaways to sell our all-in-one online ordering, website, and reservation system.
  • Product Demonstration: Effectively demonstrate how our product can streamline their operations, enhance customer experience, and increase revenues.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Onboarding: Assist new clients with the setup and go-live process, ensuring they are comfortable using the system.
  • After-Sales Support: Provide exceptional after-sales service to address any questions or issues and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in door-to-door sales, preferably within the technology or hospitality sector.
