Job Title: Medical Imaging Service Director

Estimated Salary: £85,000 - £100,000

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Director to lead our medical imaging service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategy, establishing operational goals, and overseeing the recruitment and management of installation, service, and technical support engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and leading a multi-vendor medical imaging service team
  • Driving strategy for imaging installations, service support, and positioning for growth throughout Europe
  • Defining service strategy, operational goals, and processes
  • Recruiting and leading a team of installation, service, and technical support engineers
  • Overseeing operations with regards to support services, facilities management, parts supply, auditing, and expansion across Europe

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Degree or Master's preferred)
  • Proven experience in medical imaging services or medical imaging OEM services with a strong understanding of installation and support processes
  • Leadership experience with a proven track record of developing and managing teams
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and customers
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on long-term growth and business development
