Job Title: Head of Training, Learning

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Academy team in developing and delivering high-quality digital learning resources. As the Head of Training, Learning, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, managing projects, and ensuring content is engaging, aligned with organisational values, and meets learner needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Academy team to develop and deliver online learning resources
  • Oversee strategy and manage projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce engaging content with measurable learning outcomes
  • Maintain a quality assurance framework and evaluate the impact of the Academy's initiatives
  • Proven leadership in learning and development, with experience in digital learning and instructional design

As a remote-first organisation, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere, with occasional visits to our London office.
