As a Healthcare Trainer, you will conduct our induction training program, ensuring our staff receive the necessary mandatory training to excel in various healthcare settings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the care sector essential
  • PTLLS or AET (or equivalent) Teaching Qualification
  • IQA qualified highly desirable
Job Description:

You will equip our workforce with the knowledge and skills aligned with industry best practice, fostering confidence and preparedness in their roles. The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
