Mental Health Specialist Psychologist Opportunity

Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to fill this exciting opportunity.

The successful candidate will join our team, working closely with multidisciplinary professionals to provide specialist psychological services. This includes assessing and formulating complex mental health cases, delivering evidence-based interventions, and promoting a culture of reflective practice and team collaboration.

This full-time role offers an estimated salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum. The successful applicant will possess a Doctorate Clinical/ Counselling Psychology qualification or equivalent, HCPC registration, and eligibility for Chartered Psychologist Status. They will also have post-qualification training in evidence-based interventions.

Key Requirements
  • Experience working in acute care pathways (inpatient, intensive/crisis).
  • Training in supervision and team management.
