Are you passionate about supporting students with social, emotional and mental health challenges?

A renowned Special Educational Needs (SEN) school just outside Salisbury are seeking a highly motivated Mental Health Support Specialist to join their team on a full-time basis. The school caters to students with a range of needs, including complex trauma and attachment disorders, anxiety and behaviour difficulties.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or recent psychology students to gain valuable experience in the field of mental health. You will work closely with the class teacher, psychologists and therapists to provide individualised support and help students regulate their emotions. Your enthusiasm, resilience and passion for mental health will make a significant difference in the lives of these vulnerable students.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting students throughout the school day
  • Aiding academic learning and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborating with the class teacher and therapy team

Salary: £80-£90 per day.
