Key Role Responsibilities:

As a Flexi-Cover Supply Teacher, you will work across all year groups, covering lessons due to staff absence, providing extra teaching support, or assisting with training and recruitment.

  • Carry out pre-set work to a high standard
  • Manage pupil behavior and create a constructive, positive environment
  • De-escalate situations in the classroom, adhering to safeguarding procedures
  • Collect work and return it to the appropriate recipient
  • Report safeguarding concerns using school procedures and policies

Desirable Candidate Qualities:

We are seeking a qualified teacher with experience in Further Education, lecturing, tutoring, coaching, or project leading from a childcare or young adult background.

  • Ability to install confidence, knowledge, and skills in children, preparing them for society

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and reading comprehension
