Service Lead for School Partnerships

Bristol City Council is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead the School Partnerships Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team that prioritises young people and works to improve educational outcomes across all phases.
We are looking for an individual who has a strong vision for inclusion and equity and is aspirational for every pupil in every school. The role will involve strong partnership-working at a strategic level, both with Bristol City Council service leads and school leaders to ensure a coordinated approach in raising attainment, tackling inequalities in education and ensuring effective school leadership and quality of teaching and learning.
The successful candidate will have the energy and drive to ensure the continued growth and implementation of Bristol's School Improvement offer, to support schools in delivering excellent provision across the primary and secondary phases in Bristol.
As an excellent communicator, with experience of Headship or senior leadership within a Trust or Local Authority environment, you will have the ability to inspire and influence leaders at all levels whilst building relationships quickly and effectively.
