**Job Overview:**

Fawkes and Reece is a well-established principal contractor seeking an experienced Apprentice Assistant Site Manager to support our Senior Site staff with project delivery on residential developments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure projects run to programme and are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring they meet the necessary health and safety requirements and deliver high-quality work.
  • Oversee package management of internal fit outs, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working on RC Frame residential developments.
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
  • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
