Room Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our management team at Grandir UK's Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Abington Park, Northampton.
Key Responsibilities- Promote high standards of quality within the nursery, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
- Support and supervise playroom staff, providing guidance and feedback to ensure excellent care and education.
- Deploy staff effectively to meet the needs of children, ensuring the required standards are delivered and maintained.
- Implement nursery keycarer procedures, allocating children to keycarers and ensuring practice and provision meet EYFS requirements.
- Provide professional feedback to parents/carers, promoting open communication and collaboration.
- Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers, showcasing our commitment to excellence.
- Develop positive working relationships with staff, fostering a supportive and inclusive team culture.
- Flexible working arrangements, including 40 hours across 5 days or 4 days.
