Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Busy Bees Northampton Riverside Nursery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the staff in your room, ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are met.
About the Role
As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the needs of every individual child are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
- Taking ownership of observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and providing developmentally challenging next steps.
- Encouraging and praising children's development and achievements while guiding and managing the team in your room.
