About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Busy Bees Northampton Riverside Nursery. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are met for our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children.
  • Develop and implement effective observation, assessment, and planning strategies to support children's learning and development.
  • Work closely with parents and carers to ensure their needs are met and they are kept informed of their child's progress.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of nursery policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
