An esteemed AJ Fox Compliance seeks a seasoned Senior AML and Conflicts Analyst to bolster their London-based risk management team.

This pivotal role involves overseeing the regulatory framework that underpins the firm's operations, ensuring adherence to best practices. Collaborative efforts with internal stakeholders, senior staff, and wider departments are essential in this capacity.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience as an AML Analyst or similar roles within a law firm, having cultivated a profound understanding of UK AML Regulations and SRA Standards and Regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough AML and conflicts assessments for new and existing clients/matters, addressing queries and escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Contributing to ongoing enhancements of AML-related policies and procedures.
  • Working closely with the team to ensure high-standard implementation of AML processes.
  • Collaborating with various internal departments as required.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of current AML regulations, best practices, and procedures.
  • Serving as a guidance point for junior members of staff, providing expertise where needed.
  • Liaising with fee earners and staff, maintaining professionalism at all times.

A highly motivated and ambitious individual adept at problem-solving, organisation, and interpersonal skills is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with attention to detail, are key attributes for success.

The estimated salary range for this position is £60,000-£80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
