Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research and identify potential risks associated with new clients using external corporate research tools and online resources.
  • Prepare and review AML Forms, including gathering necessary information and documentation from clients.
  • Assess and mitigate AML risks across various client profiles, including those with complex structures and high-risk issues.
  • Utilize the firm's conflicts database to conduct conflicts checks, identifying potential issues for review by conflicts lawyers/attorneys.
  • Compile and dispatch conflicts search reports, incorporating analysis from internal conflicts databases and external research tools.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to process billing and third-party requests.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support on AML and compliance procedures to colleagues.
