About the Role
At Place2Be, we are committed to providing high-quality mental health support to children and young people in schools. As a Supervising Counsellor, you will play a critical role in shaping the clinical delivery of our services within the school setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and formulate referrals to ensure effective support for children and young people
- Oversee the work of Counsellors on Placement, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality interventions
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to achieve the best outcomes for young people
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure seamless integration of mental health support into school practices

About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Counsellor who is passionate about delivering high-quality mental health support to children and young people. You will have a strong background in therapy and experience working in school-based settings. You will be a natural leader, able to inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results.
