Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Engineer to maximize production uptime in our manufacturing facility, producing high-precision optics. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs as required
• Ensure the smooth operation of production lines, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
