Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Hainault, Essex. This hands-on role is crucial to maximizing production uptime in our manufacturing facility, where we produce high-precision optics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs and replacements as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
