Job Summary

Network HR is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. As a critical member of the Transformation Office, you will be responsible for delivering complex organizational change and driving business excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Organizational Transformation: Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to drive business transformation, including end-to-end implementation and change management.
  • Lead Consultations and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to design and deliver multi-faceted consultations, including redundancy, redeployment, and TUPE.
  • Provide Strategic HR Guidance: Serve as trusted counsel to the Chief People Officer, Chief of Staff, and Transformation Office on all people-related implementation items.
  • Coach and Develop the HR Team: Provide coaching and upskilling opportunities to the broader HR team to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Partner with Senior Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational excellence.
Requirements
  • Experience in Change Management: Proven track record of implementing change programs and leading consultations.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Highly structured and organized approach to work.
  • Employment Law Expertise: Strong knowledge of employment law and a commercial mindset.
