Financial Operations Coordinator

Curo Talent is seeking a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for Credit Control and Cash Allocation in a dynamic environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
This role would suit a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced setting. You will be a confident communicator, comfortable with building rapport to collect outstanding payments successfully. Your tasks will include reviewing and approving invoices and credit notes to customers on our Fee Portal, accurately considering any relevant tax implications. You will also manage the collection of monies owed in a timely manner, adhering to our credit control policy.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Review and approval of invoices in a timely manner and within acceptable quality standards.
2. Contacting clients via email and letter to collect outstanding payments.
3. Monitoring customer accounts and liaising with the business to highlight concerns over delayed payments and non-payments.
4. Allocating cash received on the accounting system.
5. CRM credit checks and client data validation.
Requirements:
* Experience of working in Accounts receivable / Credit control.
* Transactional processing experience (data entry) with a good level of speed and accuracy.
* Knowledge and experience of JDE (JD Edwards Accounting Software) would be beneficial.
About the Role
We offer a competitive salary range of £26-£28 per annum and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment. Salary negotiations are encouraged.
