Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

Blue Arrow Derby is proud to be working in partnership with a manufacturing company and they are looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal with customers who contact the client via various channels, providing an effortless customer journey and experience.
  • Gain an understanding of each customer's situation, spotting potential opportunities to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensure all interactions are answered within the service level agreement, utilizing the Salesforce platform.
  • Work in line with Contact Centre processes and targets to ensure a professional service is provided at all levels.
  • Work closely with customers to keep them informed and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 year's previous customer service experience is essential.
  • Solid recent work history within customer service.
  • At least 1 year's previous customer service in a call centre is desirable.
  • Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrate the drive to deliver world-class service to all customers.
  • Ability to use Microsoft applications and web-based platforms.
  • Highly approachable with good interpersonal skills.
  • Motivational to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Flexible approach to learning new skills to support business requirements.
  • Self-starting with a positive outlook and determination to succeed.
  • GCSE grade 4 in English or an equivalent qualification.
