As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing an effortless customer journey and experience, dealing with customers who contact the client via telephone, email, or live chat.

You will gain an understanding of each customer's situation, spotting potential opportunities to deliver excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering telephone calls within our service level agreement, booking utilising the Salesforce platform.
  • Working in line with Contact Centre processes and targets to ensure a professional service is provided at all levels.
  • Working closely with customers to keep them informed.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 year's previous customer service experience is essential.
  • Solid recent work history within customer service.
  • At least 1 year's previous customer service in a call centre is desirable.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrate the drive to deliver world-class service to all customers.
  • Ability to use Microsoft applications and web-based platforms.
  • Highly approachable with good interpersonal skills.
  • Motivational to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Flexible approach to learning new skills to support business requirements.
  • Self-starting with a positive outlook and determination to succeed.
  • GCSE grade 4 in English or an equivalent qualification.
