REGISTERED CARE MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to join our team at Think Care (Midlands) Limited. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help a service grow and to ensure the lives of the adults are fully supported with excellent levels of care.

The Role:

  • Oversee the delivery of care services for adults, delivering high levels of care in line with regulations
  • Ensure strict compliance with CQC
  • Manage staff and resources effectively
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Liaise with families, and healthcare professionals
  • Assessments, supervisions, and overall management of the support workers
  • Follow policies and procedures
  • Clinical reviews
  • Oversee the rota
  • Oversee compliance and client acquisition

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Relevant qualifications in healthcare - level 5 highly desirable or be working towards it
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong character and good communication skills
  • Reflective leader
  • Passionate about high levels of care

The Package:

  • A basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
  • Training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Excellent progression opportunities
