We are seeking an experienced AI expert to join our Professional Services team and take us to the next level of expertise in deploying AI-related solutions and offerings for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence, particularly genAI, to better understand its applications in MongoDB products and services.
  • Evaluate training requirements by product and role, and develop technical enablement programs for internal and partner stakeholders, focusing on AI use cases.
  • Deliver high-quality technical training to consulting engineers and developers, ensuring they have the necessary skills to succeed in helping customers adopt MongoDB for AI applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product engineering, customer engineering, and sales, to stay informed about new products, features, and customer adoption scenarios. Develop engaging, accurate, and in-depth enablement content that helps our consultants excel in assisting customers with AI-driven projects.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a software developer, with at least 1 year dedicated to the Artificial Intelligence field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and AI libraries, with experience in creating prompts to address project and customer requirements.
  • Competency with prompt engineering and strong proficiency in at least one additional language: Java, C#, Node.js (JavaScript), or Go.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-scale software architectures, Agile methodologies, test-first development approaches, CI/CD pipelines, and Git version control.
  • Able to travel occasionally to other MongoDB offices or customer sites and communicate effectively in English.
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on location and experience.
