As a key player in our high-performance team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our founding team and drive initiatives to set new growth records. Your primary focus will be on connecting our product and growth teams, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance customer retention and upsell.

The role offers unparalleled opportunities for development and career progression as we anticipate a tenfold increase in growth over the next year. You will play a vital part in shaping and executing our ambitious roadmap for 2025 and beyond.

In your first 3 months, you'll be tasked with integrating Fyxer AI with a dashboard to track the customer journey effectively. This will involve analyzing customer behavior, proposing enhancements, and working with the team to build and implement strategies to improve key gateways for retention and upsell.

You will be responsible for optimizing customers' experience from sign-up through their free trial and adding team members. To achieve this, you'll need to analyze customer behavior, propose and implement enhancements, and work within a dynamic environment that values open debate and collaboration.

Technical Requirements

  • Able to discover, validate, and build impactful growth solutions as part of our high-performance engineering team.

  • Thorough knowledge of TypeScript, SQL, and React.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
