AI Expert

Are you an expert in Large Language Models (LLMs)? Do you have a strong understanding of LLM architecture, training methods, and fine-tuning techniques?

We're looking for a talented AI expert to join our team at SR2 | Socially Responsible Recruitment | Certified B Corporation™. As an AI expert, you will be responsible for implementing RAG systems to enhance LLM performance and taking full ownership of the development of LLM-based features.

Our ideal candidate will have over 5 years of ML/AI engineering experience focused on LLMs in production, a strong understanding of LLM architecture, training methods, and fine-tuning techniques, and experience implementing RAG systems to enhance LLM performance. Key Responsibilities:
Implement RAG systems to enhance LLM performance
Take full ownership of the development of LLM-based features

Requirements:
Over 5 years of ML/AI engineering experience focused on LLMs in production
Strong understanding of LLM architecture, training methods, and fine-tuning techniques
Experience implementing RAG systems to enhance LLM performance
Ability to thrive in a startup environment and work at pace
