Job Title: Structural & Civil Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural & Civil Engineer to join our team at Acies. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality structural engineering designs for a variety of commercial building projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop structural engineering solutions for new build and renovation/alteration projects.
  • Utilize industry-leading design software packages, including TEDDS, S-Frame, Tekla Structural Designer, and REVIT.
  • Collaborate with design teams and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct site inspections and surveys to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative engineering solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements:
  • BEng or MEng in Civil and/or Structural Engineering.
  • Approximately 2 years of post-graduate experience in consultancy, preferably working on commercial building structures projects.
  • Civil Engineering/Drainage design experience is an advantage.
  • Aiming to become a Chartered Engineer with ICE or IStructE.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or as an individual.
  • Willingness to spend time on site and occasional stays away from home.
  • Full UK driving licence.
