Job Title: Structural & Civil Engineering

At Acies, we are seeking a highly skilled Structural & Civil Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality structural engineering designs for a variety of commercial building projects.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop structural engineering solutions for new build and renovation/alteration projects.
  2. Utilize industry-leading software packages, including TEDDS, S-Frame, Tekla Structural Designer, and REVIT, to create detailed designs and models.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and client stakeholders, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  4. Conduct site inspections and surveys to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and project success.
Requirements:
  1. BEng or MEng in Civil and/or Structural Engineering.
  2. Approximately 2 years of post-graduate experience in consultancy, preferably working on commercial building structures projects.
  3. Civil Engineering/Drainage design experience is an advantage.
  4. Aiming to become a Chartered Engineer with ICE or IStructE.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Full UK driving licence.
