About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Photographer to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality visual content that showcases our brand's unique style and aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and implementation of our imagery standards and guidelines.
  • Lead and manage a team of photographers to ensure consistent high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute visual content strategies that align with our brand's goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain our photography studio, including equipment, resources, and personnel.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in photography and visual content creation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Photographer or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Lightroom.
