About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Photographer to join our team at Frasers Group. As a leader in the industry, we are elevating the retail experience for our consumers through our collection of established brands, including Sports Direct, FLANNELS, USC, Frasers, and GAME.

The successful candidate will have managerial experience and a passion for delivering results and elevating the customer experience. This is a fast-paced environment with huge potential for identifying and solving problems, adding value to the business, and making a significant impact.

The Senior Photographer will oversee our imagery standard and quality, oversee projects within the studio from concept to asset delivery, and be commercial and make the right decisions to benefit the studio and wider business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee imagery standard and quality
  • Oversee projects within the studio from concept to asset delivery
  • Be commercial and make the right decisions to benefit the studio and wider business
  • Confidently lead, direct, and shoot mannequin, still life, flat lay, and model photography
  • Ensure all Frasers Group image guidelines are met
  • Follow creative seasonal updates and creative direction within the brands we sell across all fascias
  • Keep accurate shoot records and manage asset files within the team
  • Work alongside senior Retouchers to produce the best images possible
  • Conduct one-to-one check-ins and progress trackers
  • Conduct FFRs for direct reports
  • Sign off holidays via business tools
  • Create rotas and schedules for direct reports
  • Train and develop plans for onboarding new starters
  • Quality control of all shot imagery across all fascias
  • Assist with the hiring process, including interviews with the Team Lead
  • Challenge current techniques to be at the cutting edge of photography
  • Maintain the inventory of photography equipment
  • Brief management on all processes, projects, and issues
