About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Photographer to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality visual content that showcases our brand's unique style and aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and implementation of our visual content strategy, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Lead a team of photographers and retouchers to produce high-quality images that meet our brand's standards.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop concepts and ideas for visual content, including photography, videography, and graphics.
  • Manage and maintain our image library, ensuring all assets are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to source high-quality visual content.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring our visual content remains fresh and engaging.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a senior photographer or creative lead in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to develop compelling concepts and ideas.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
