Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Patient Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that patients receive a 5-star service experience. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with patients, performing diagnostic eye scans, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Responsibilities
  • Build a rapport with patients to ensure a comfortable and relaxed environment.
  • Perform diagnostic eye scans and confidently relay patient information to the optometrist.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Schedule consultations and surgeries with optometrists and surgeons.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills to arrange affordable finance options.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Possess strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks.
