Toolmaker Specialist

Job Title: Toolmaker
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Toolmaker to join our client based in Burnley. The successful candidate will have a strong background in precision engineering and be able to work independently to produce bespoke tooling for a range of customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manufacture, modify, repair and maintain extrusion tooling and associated equipment.
* Operate milling, turning, grinding, and CNC machines, as well as benchwork.
* Maintain accurate records, including tool trials and job sheets.
* Ensure all equipment is maintained to the highest standards.
* Adhere to health and safety and environmental regulations.
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience as a Toolmaker.
* Proficiency in manual lathes, milling machines, and surface grinders.
* Ability to read engineering drawings and GA's.
* Knowledge of geometric tolerances.
* Experience working with various materials, including steels and aluminium.
