Job Title: Toolmaker

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Toolmaker to join our team at The Recruitment Fix. As a Toolmaker, you will be responsible for producing bespoke tooling for a range of customers from drawing to completion. You will work independently to manufacture, modify, repair, and maintain extrusion tooling and associated equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manufacture, modify, repair, and maintain extrusion tooling and associated equipment
* Milling, Turning, Grinding, XYZ semi C.N.C machines & Benchwork
* Maintain all necessary records i.e., Tool Trials, Job Sheets etc.
* Ensure that all equipment is maintained to the highest standards
* Maintain all H&S and Environmental standards

Requirements:

* Previous Toolmaker experience
* Must be proficient on Manual Lathes, Manual Milling Machines, Surface Grinders
* Reading of Engineering drawings and GA's
* Knowledge of geometric tolerances
* Experienced with varied materials including Steels and Aluminium
