Private Equity Investor Opportunity in London

We are looking for an experienced Private Equity Investor to join our client's team. As a key member of the investment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and presenting potential investments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and evaluating potential investments, including conducting financial analysis and due diligence.
  • Presenting investment opportunities to the investment committee.
  • Supporting the investment team in implementing the investment process, including negotiation and execution.
  • Working closely with portfolio assets post-investment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of transactional experience in your market segment, either from within the private equity industry, corporate finance, or transaction support/FDD in an accounting firm.
  • Top academic credentials and professional qualifications (ACA or equivalent qualification desirable).
  • Excellent commercial acumen to understand markets and businesses, as well as strong analytical skills, including financial modelling experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and team working skills, enabling you to build rapport with management teams and colleagues.
  • An ability to thrive in a small entrepreneurial team environment.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, the role offers opportunities for career growth and professional development.
