Lower Mid-Market Private Equity Expert

PER, Private Equity Recruitment, is pleased to introduce an exceptional opportunity for a Lower Mid-Market Private Equity Expert to join our client, a leading London-based private equity firm. They invest in management buyouts across the UK lower mid-market, focusing on UK-based SMEs with growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and evaluating potential investments to add value to the business
- Supporting the team to deliver successful transactions through financial modeling, due diligence, negotiation, and execution
- Developing and maintaining relationships with management teams and stakeholders
- Conducting thorough analysis of target companies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and portfolio assets
Requirements:
- Proven track record in transactional roles, preferably in private equity or corporate finance
- Advanced academic qualifications and professional certifications (ACA or equivalent desirable)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in financial modeling and data analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team environment
Salary Package: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
