Job Title: Asset Controller

Pyramid8 Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Asset Controller to join our team. As an Asset Controller, you will be responsible for allocating maintenance and service jobs into the service engineer schedules, ensuring that schedules are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate maintenance and service jobs, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  2. Work closely with service engineers to allocate jobs and ensure efficient use of resources.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to provide excellent customer service and support.
  5. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of job allocations and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a service delivery environment.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
