Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is seeking a skilled Fleet Compliance Manager to join a reputable and expanding organization in West Yorkshire. This role requires a hands-on approach and a solid background in fleet management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the effective management of a team of drivers and the fleet.
- Ensure that all vehicles are maintained, serviced, and inspected regularly.
- Supervise and guide on-site technicians to conduct daily inspections of equipment.
- Maintain up-to-date vehicle inspection records, including servicing and MOTs.
- Investigate incidents and coordinate with insurance providers.
- Keep accurate driving records for a minimum of 12 months.
- Utilize computer systems, including Excel and Microsoft Office, for reporting and documentation.
- Exhibit a flexible approach to work and problem-solving.
- Possess mechanical and electrical skills relevant to fleet operations.
