Director of Client Partnerships

As a key member of our Omni RMS team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to one of our major clients in the UK.
We are seeking an experienced Director of Client Partnerships to lead our efforts in building strong relationships with clients and driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in facilities management and experience leading high-profile accounts with complex service operations.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £90,000-£120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role:
- Lead the development and implementation of account strategies to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improve service quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement commercial plans to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, including health and safety and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of leadership and management experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of commercial principles and the ability to drive revenue growth.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
