Job Description:
We're seeking a skilled Quantum Software Developer to join our software team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating tools for our scientists to develop, test, and enhance our quantum networking solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop software in Python and Rust to interface with proprietary optics, electronics, and mechanical hardware.
- Work alongside FPGA and electronics system integration specialists to enable state-of-the-art quantum network control systems.
- Develop user interfaces for streamlining product demonstrators and measurement control.
- Make proactive, creative recommendations in all aspects of work, including improving our workflows and system design.
Requirements:
- Ability to solve complex problems and communicate your solutions to a diverse audience.
- Proactive thinking, and a positive mindset.
- Dedication to delivering well-tested and reliable code.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject, or equivalent industry experience.
- Designing software to control test equipment or other hardware.
