About This Role

This exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Mental Health Nurse to work in an exceptional mental health hospital based in the Newbury, Berkshire area.

As a key member of our mental health hospital team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients who require mental health rehabilitation. Our hospital is part of one of the UK's leading healthcare providers and is committed to providing a supportive and therapeutic environment for our service users, residents, staff, and visitors.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified RMN with a current active NMC Pin and previous experience in adult mental health services. A proactive, therapeutic approach to care management is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining skills and knowledge to deliver care according to latest guidelines and best practices
  • Ensuring ongoing safety through systematic assessment, monitoring, and reviewing processes
  • Acting as a role model for good clinical and care governance practice
Requirements
  • Qualified RMN with a current active NMC Pin
  • Previous experience in adult mental health services
  • Proactive, therapeutic approach to care management
