About the Job

We are looking for a Facilities Electrical Services Manager to lead our electrical maintenance team at Nexperia. As a Facilities Electrical Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of responsive, planned, and cyclical maintenance that meets health and safety requirements.

This role involves project managing various upgrades and changes, ensuring timelines are met, and prioritising the team's workload with incoming change requests from stakeholders.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 3 certification in Electrical Installation or maintenance (or time served qualification)
  • 18th Edition Electrical Installations qualified
  • Periodic Electrical Inspection & Testing certification
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance
  • Team leadership or management experience

Additional Requirements

  • Cleanroom or semiconductor experience
  • High voltage awareness
  • Contractor management experience
Benefits and Salary

The starting salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus excellent contributory pension scheme, recognition rewards scheme, income protection, and life assurance.
