Role Overview

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join an industry-leading specialist in a varied position where you will be able to demonstrate your expertise whilst working highly autonomously across sites. The successful candidate will have experience of general facilities maintenance, particularly in domestic or facility environments, with an electrical bias and a willingness to train into the 2391 qualification. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a field-based role, travelling across the North-West region, with occasional travel further north.

Key Responsibilities
  • General facilities maintenance across a range of accommodation and luxury facility sites.
  • Electrical bias to the work, including occasional test and inspection work and the ability to train into the 2391 qualification.
  • Field-based working across the North-West region, with occasional travel further north.

Requirements
  • A Full UK Driver's License is essential.
  • Experience of working in domestic electrical environments.
  • An electrically biased individual with facilities/fabric experience in domestic/facility environments.
