The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Lead to join our team at Miller Homes Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements:
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, or sales)
- Proven track record in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a company car or car allowance, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
