Job Role Summary:

As a Michelin Star Restaurant Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for creating an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. This role is ideal for passionate individuals who enjoy interacting with guests, food, and beverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking bookings for the restaurant and promptly dealing with all inquiries related to the restaurant.
  • Keeping up-to-date and accurate records of bookings and enquiries, and following up with guests' requirements.
  • Maintaining data systems and performing monthly updates.
  • Liaising with restaurant management to promote special offers and ensuring they are advertised on our website.
  • Utilizing systems to maximize bookings, create a database of regular patrons, and provide excellent customer service.
