About the Role

We're seeking a talented Creative Content Specialist to join our team at Newcastle Building Society. As a key member of our brand team, you'll play a vital role in helping us connect with our customers and communities through high-quality, engaging content.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our brand's tone of voice and messaging. This will involve creating compelling copy and concepts for various marketing communications, including customer communications, website content, and social media.
