Become a Senior Home Support Specialist with Be Caring

We are seeking experienced and compassionate individuals to join our team as Senior Home Support Specialists.

In this role, you will provide high-quality home care services to vulnerable adults, supporting them to live independently and safely in their own homes.

You will work closely with service users and their families to understand their needs and preferences, developing personalized care plans that meet their unique requirements.

As a Senior Home Support Specialist, you will also provide supervision and guidance to junior colleagues, promoting excellence in care delivery and achievement of outstanding outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced carers who want to take on new challenges and responsibilities, developing their leadership and management skills in a supportive environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £12.30 per hour for drivers and £11.75 per hour for walkers, plus mileage allowance and bonuses.
