Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Home Improvement Specialist to join our team in the North East region. As a Surveyor, you will play a vital role in verifying customer contractual requirements and providing accurate measurements and drawings for a timely and successful installation.

Responsibilities
  • Making arrangements with customers to conduct technical surveys within our targets
  • Traveling within the region to undertake customer surveys, ensuring high standards of accuracy and compliance
  • Confirming details and designs with customers, ensuring they are satisfied with their orders and understand what they have purchased
  • Liaising with the wider team, reporting discrepancies or changes that need to be addressed after surveying properties
  • Inputting survey details into our network, ordering materials as required, and dealing with any issues or changes that may arise
Requirements
  • Customer Focus, excellent people skills, and effective communication abilities
  • NVQ Level 3 in Surveying or equivalent experience in the window and door industry
  • Previous experience or equivalent qualification in installing uPVC products
  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and problem-solve effectively
  • Full driving license
