About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Health Visiting Service Leader to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a skills mix team consisting of administrators, Community Nursery Nurses, Community Staff Nurses, Health Visitors, and Practice Educators to deliver a high-quality Healthy Child Programme.

  • This is a full-time position (30 hours) for the Eastbourne Health Visiting Team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a skills mix team to deliver a high-quality Healthy Child Programme
  • Working closely with Keywork and Community staff
  • Providing and receiving regular supervision in line with ESHT and ESCC Early Help policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will have significant experience as a band 6 HV or in leading the delivery of family support services, as well as experience of liaising and working in partnership with other agencies to support children and families.

The estimated salary for this role is between £46,148 and £52,809 per annum, depending on experience.
